Report Description
Field notes, pictures and information are gathered on the day of the site inspection. The final digital report provides a narrative description and pictures. The report is delivered within five business days of the inspections - arrangements can be made for shorter turnaround. We are able to modify the scope of inspection and level of detail to meet our client's needs.
The report includes:
- Description and general conditions of the major systems and building components
- Pictures of areas of concern and representative components
- Expected design or useful life for systems and components
- Major deficiencies and potential capital expenditures
- Inspection Summary - excerpts from the body of the report representing potential capital expenditures and items that require further evaluation.
