Joe “Jr.” graduated from Colorado State University with a BS in Construction Management. He brings years of hands-on experience in new home construction, remodeling and commercial construction to Tiger Group, Inc. Joe has broadened his knowledge base through course work in construction methods and materials and, in addition, he is actively involved in Timber Frame construction.
This wealth of knowledge assures all your inspection needs will be served.
Inspecting since 1993, Joe leads Tiger’s Commercial Inspection Division and manages the inspectors and staff. He is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and is Connecticut State DEP “S” Licensed–the Supervisory Certification for wood boring insects.

William Rourke

Since 1979 Bill has been involved in many facets of the construction industry. As a licensed General Contractor, he has participated in new construction and residential remodeling for many years. Since 1997 Bill has performed thousands of residential and commercial building inspections. In addition to his membership to the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and several other professional organizations, Bill possesses a State of Connecticut Supervisory License to conduct wood boring insect inspections. With many years of corporate management experience, a degree in Marketing Management and “hands-on” experience, Bill has the ability to guide his clients through the inspection process. Bill resides in Farmington, CT.

John Horrocks

John began his construction career in 1980, gaining his experience through remodeling, building additions and new construction. With his extensive experience maintaining commercial properties throughout New Haven County, John is a great asset to Tiger's Commercial and Residential divisions.
John has been performing home and building inspections since 1994 and has since performed thousands of inspections and developed a long-time following.
John resides in Milford, CT

David Townsend

As one of Tiger's Managing Inspectors, David brings over twenty years of design, construction and restoration experience to each inspection. David has created a niche within Tiger; many of his thousands of inspections have been 18 th and 19 th century homes. His knowledge and experience with antique homes is without par in the inspection business; he is certified by the State of Connecticut to teach the subject to other inspectors. Because of his thorough understanding and pleasant presentation of the entire process, he has consistently been a highly requested inspector from New Haven to Mystic.

William Denslow

Bill brings to each inspection over sixteen years of experience in the residential and commercial building inspection fields. Additionally, Bill has extensive experience in residential energy conservation and in conducting Phase I Environmental surveys. He has created and presented several training classes for new and experienced home inspectors, and often been called upon to conduct field training for new inspectors. Bill has held memberships with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) and International Code Council (ICC). He also holds a Connecticut license for wood-boring insect inspections. Bill’s professionalism, experience and ingenuous attitude combine to make him a favorite among realtors and home buyers alike.
