Commercial Division

Since 1992, Tiger Group, Inc. has developed an expertise in the inspection of commercial properties. Commercial inspections require specialized knowledge and personnel and the ability to perform, research, and access information. Compared to other inspection companies that conduct “commercial” inspections, we have a specialized group of inspectors and industry contacts forming Tiger's Commercial Division. Our specialists are qualified to assess buildings of many types and sizes. We are fully insured with errors and omissions, worker's compensation and liability insurance.

Tiger builds a team from our staff that is comprised of members with a variety of qualifications and backgrounds: licensed personnel in Architecture, Plumbing and Heating, Electrical, Heating and Cooling, Supervisory Pest Control, and Antique Building Restoration. In addition, Tiger draws members from a group of pre-qualified specialists to serve additional specific needs. The team leader is your contact throughout the inspection process and prepares the report. We assemble an appropriately sized team required to meet our client's inspection needs, expedite the process, and to prevent inconvenience to the owners or occupants. Our staff is available Monday through Friday with Saturday arrangements by request.
